Gameweave

Recover your account

Can't sign in? Start here. Gameweave has six sign-in methods, and the right recovery path depends on which one you normally use — see Sign-in options if you're not sure.

Decision tree

•
You use a magic link or email code, and the email never arrives — see Login email not arriving. Check spam, wait for a resend cooldown, and confirm you're checking the right inbox.
•
You use a passkey and you're on a new or different device — passkeys are device-bound, so a new device won't have it. Sign in with your email address instead (magic link or code), then see Lost your passkey device to remove the old credential and add a new one.
•
You use Google or Apple sign-in and it's not working — make sure you're signed into the same Google or Apple account in your browser or device that you originally used. If you've changed Google or Apple accounts, your Gameweave account is tied to the original one.
•
You no longer have access to the email address on your account — see Lost access to your email.
•
You signed in anonymously and never created an account — an anonymous identity lives in one browser or app install. If you cleared your browser data, switched devices, or reinstalled the app, there is no way to recover an anonymous-only identity, because it was never tied to anything that identifies you. This is exactly why creating a real account (even just adding an email) matters if you want your progress to survive a device change.

Still stuck

If none of the above resolves it, use the email handoff on this page, or email support directly — a human will help you sort out exactly which sign-in method your account has.
