Sign-in options
Gameweave supports six ways to sign in. You don't need to remember which one
you used — this article helps you figure it out, and
Recover your
account covers what to do if none of them
work.
The six ways in

Magic link — a one-time sign-in link emailed to you. Click it on the
same device to sign in, no password required.
•
Email code — a 6-digit code emailed to you, which you type into the
sign-in screen. The fallback when a magic link can't be opened (a different
device, an email client that blocks links).
•
Passkey — a device-bound credential (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, a
security key) that signs you in without typing anything.
•
Sign in with Google — using your existing Google account.
•
Sign in with Apple — using your existing Apple ID.
•
Anonymous play — Gameweave automatically gives every visitor an
anonymous identity so you can play without creating an account at all. When
you later sign in with any of the methods above, your anonymous games and
progress are merged into the new account.
How to tell which one you used
If you're not sure which method you used originally:
•
Check your email inbox for a message from Gameweave — if you find one, you
most likely used a magic link or email code, and that email address is your
sign-in address.

If you remember tapping "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple",
use that same button again — it's tied to your Google or Apple account, not
a password.
•
If your device offers to sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, or a fingerprint
when you open Gameweave, you have a passkey registered on that device.
Switching between methods
You can have more than one sign-in method attached to the same account.
Adding a passkey, connecting Google or Apple, and keeping your email address
all work together — any one of them can sign you back in.
