Duplicate accounts
It's easy to end up with two Gameweave accounts by accident — for example,
signing in with Google on one visit and with your email address on another,
without realizing they created two separate identities instead of one.
How this happens

Using a different sign-in method than usual (Google instead of your usual
email address, or vice versa) creates a brand-new account rather than
signing into your existing one, unless the two methods are already linked
on the same account.

Playing anonymously on two different devices creates two separate
anonymous identities (see

in), and signing into a real account
on only one of them leaves the other behind.
Avoiding it going forward
Once signed in, go to Settings → Security and link every sign-in method
you use — email, passkey, Google, Apple — to the same account, so any of
them sign you into the one account rather than creating a new one.
Merging two existing accounts
If you already have two separate accounts and want them combined into one,
use the email handoff on this page and tell us which two accounts (by
username or sign-in email) should be merged. A human reviews and performs
account merges — this is not something you can trigger yourself, since it
involves permanently combining two accounts' data.
