Games missing after signing in
Gameweave gives every visitor an anonymous identity automatically, so you can
play before creating an account. When you sign in for the first time with a
real sign-in method — email, passkey, Google, or Apple — your anonymous
identity is merged into the account you just created.
What moves in the merge

Games you played anonymously, including ones in progress.
•
Your local settings and preferences from that browser or device.
What does not move
•
Anything from a different browser, device, or app install. The
anonymous identity lives only in the one place it was created — if you
played on your phone anonymously and then signed in on your laptop, the
laptop has no way to know about the phone's anonymous games, because they
were never the same identity.

Anything from before you cleared your browser's storage or
reinstalled the app on that device — clearing storage discards the
anonymous identity itself.
If a game seems to be missing
Make sure you're signed in on the same device and browser where you played
it, and that you signed in soon after playing (the merge happens once, at the
moment you first sign in on that device). If it's still missing after that,
use the email handoff on this page — a human can look into what happened on
your account.
